Jefferson County Vocational School

Animal Science is a two-year program and the curriculum will primarily focus on small and large breeds including anatomy, animal maintenance and care and nutrition, among other topics. Officials said the goal is for students to practice in a veterinary career or go on to college and become a veterinary technician, or vet tech.
