The purpose of this newsletter is to share information regarding the Jefferson County JVS.
Dear Students and Families,
May is always a busy time, filled with celebrations, final projects, and the important work of finishing strong.
A special milestone awaits our seniors, as their last day will be May 14. That evening, we will come together for Senior Recognition, beginning at 6:00 PM, as one of their final and most meaningful moments as students. This event provides an opportunity to celebrate their hard work, dedication, and the journey that has brought them to this point.
We are incredibly proud of all of our students and all they have accomplished during their time here. From competing in student organization events, to earning industry certifications and academic seals, to building lasting friendships, each experience has helped shape who they are today. Most importantly, they are leaving with the skills, confidence, and determination needed to pursue their goals and find success in whatever path they choose.
For our juniors, the final weeks of the school year will bring a unique opportunity. As the seniors complete their journey, our juniors will step into a space that is entirely their own. This is a time to finish strong, reflect on the growth you’ve made this year, and begin thinking about the leadership role you will carry into your senior year. The expectations rise, but so do the opportunities to set the tone, support one another, and prepare for what comes next.
As we close out the school year, we encourage all students to stay focused, continue supporting one another, and take pride in all they have achieved. Thank you to our staff, families, and community for your continued support in making this a successful and memorable year.
Sincerely,
Heather A. Hoover
